Following the developing situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we’ve been asked Questions about our intentions regarding forthcoming bookings and around the future of new clients and bookings for services and our plans to take precautionary measures.

At the moment we have no plans to cancel or postpone any upcoming bookings for training, consultancy or other work across our business for our clients. This is in line with current government guidance that at present there is no reason people should stop doing their daily activities as they normally would, and also that there is no current rationale to cancel current bookings or refrain from taking any future bookings.

We have been ensuring our attendees have been advised already to do the following to reduce the risks of getting and spreading respiratory infections by:

  • maintaining good hand hygiene – regularly washing hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or using an alcohol hand sanitiser – especially before eating, drinking or handling food and after coughing, sneezing and going to the toilet
  • avoiding touching their eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
  • avoiding direct contact with people who are unwell and avoiding using their personal items such as their mobile phone
  • covering their nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing with disposable tissues and disposing of them in the nearest waste bin after use. If no tissues are available, use a sleeve.

Current Bookings & New Booking advice

We are taking our own measures to ensure delivery of our services are not impacted and take advantage of the current Microsoft offerings to provide our services at the same high standards to all our clients. Through the the use of Microsoft Teams we will therefore still be offering all clients the option to use Microsoft Teams for any current or new bookings for any of our services including consultancy and group training or 1 to 1 training. Enquiries for any services can be made by emailing us at and we will be happy to discuss your requirements and how we can ensure you get the desired services using Microsoft Teams.

Travel Restrictions

We will also be limiting travel to provide services as per the Government Advice given on countries with travel restrictions. We will still continue to provide services throughout the UK however we will be asking our Trainers/Consultants to travel by Car only to client sites for the safety of the delegates attending our services. This will limit potential exposure on public transport.
