Q: Where can I take part in a training course?
A: All training courses take place at your place of business or as an online webinar and course costs allow up to 10 delegates to attend (up to 8 for more technical courses). We can also arrange to use office space with at an additional cost.

Q: How do online training courses work and what software do you use?
A: All of our online training courses are 5 hours in duration per day with a small interval for lunch, we prefer to use Team Viewer (free to download) for our online courses but can use alternatives due to your business software demands or limitations on downloads.

Q: Costs
A: We do offer a competitive day rate for all SharePoint and Office 365 training, consultancy, support or any other SharePoint work however we do ask for you to call or email us for an exact cost for your requirements meaning you get the best value for money, Just send us an email with the service required, days required, number of people in attendance and the location of your business.

Q: Why are you cheaper than most training providers?
A: We get asked this question a lot and its because we do not charge per person, so whether its 1 person or 10 people its the same price. We do offer a small discount for 1 or 2 people in attendance which is 10% of the normal price of the course and we can offer longer duration discounts for more than 10 days worth of bookings.

Q: Where can your service take place?
A: We can offer any of our service throughout the UK and Europe. We have a set day rate for all expenses done per day based upon the postcode of the venue. We can provide services outside of europe but recommend contacting us for exact costs for our specialists expenses to come visit you and your business
